We solely provide our OnBoard Courier (OBC) services based on the Allgemeinen Deutschen Spediteurbedingungen (ADSp) - latest version. We specially point out the (from the law) differing limitations of liability as of cipher 23 and 24 ADSp up to € 5000,- coverage. We can provide you higher limitations of liability via our insurer at special rates.
Furthermore the IATA air transport policies apply in their complete form according the warsaw treaty, ff. The complete text of the ADSp is available upon request.
