We receive a call from a customer who urgently needs to ship a 200kg consignment to North America. The freight shall be picked up in a warehouse in Bruxelles and shall be delivered by express courier to Spartanburg, South Carolina for further processing.

Within 10 minutes the SameDayLogistics expert team calculates the fastest and most efficient routing, books and bindingly confirms all required connections to the customer. Next to a detailed routing schedule the customer is also provided with our courier's contact details so that he can get in touch with him anytime.

At SameDayLogistics central office one of our 50 dedicated On-Board-Couriers receives all required documents in order to immediately pick up the freight in Bruxelles after midnight. From there our courier directly drives to the airport, checks-in first, pays the luggage overweight fee and handles customs clearance.

In London the courier once more changes planes. In order to make sure that the freight is being entirely and safely re-loaded for the connecting flight, the courier asks for a written confirmation from the flight manager. From here the freight is on its direct way to Spartanburg.
